Commands Skype Chat Hotkeys, Shortcuts

Alt-PgUp Answer a call

Ctrl-Alt-PgUp Answer a video call

Ignore undefined

Alt-PgDn Reject / Hang up

Skype emphasis Undefined

Find undefined for Skype users

Mute indefinite

In the main window:

Ctrl + E Toggle between Events and History Contact List

Ctrl + M Show / Hide offline contacts

Ctrl + W Hide the main window of Skype

Ctrl + Q Quit Skype

Chat window:

Ctrl + F Find / Search this chat

F3/Shift-F3: Search play previous / next (after using Ctrl + F)

Ctrl + W Close / Hide chat window

Quickfilter:

Go to F6 Quickfilter

Escape Clear Quick Filter

Chat commands:

/ Skypename Add - adds the specified Skype for this chat (example: "/ Add John")

/ Help - For a list of available commands in the system

/ Topic newtopic - change topic "newtopic"

/ Me something - others will see you perform an action (eg, "John smiles")

/ History - View chat history (you can browse and search for it)

/ Text search - find messages containing "text" in the chat

/ F o / - repeat the last search

/ Alertsoff - disable the alerts for new messages in this chat. Useful if you do not want the chat window to display the taskbar or the flash input for this cat, but still want to be "connected" with him. If a cat is in this mode will be in the "Unread chats" on the Home tab of new messages sent to it.

/ Alertson / or text alertson - restore the default behavior, to be notified when new messages are displayed. If you use "/ alertson text", you are notified if a message containing "text".

/ Leave - leave the chat (not the same as clicking on the button "Leave" on the toolbar.
